ABOUT
Welcome to our private sanctuary! We are Carrie and Derk Holder. Married for 25 years, we've become avid travelers, healthy activity seekers, and enthusiastic hosts. While raising three children in a busy home, we made it a point to seek out beautiful areas to relax, recharge, and reconnect. Our adventures have taken us to many unique and wonderful short-term rentals across the country.
Inspired by these experiences and the amazing hosts we've met along the way, we decided to create our own retreat for fellow travelers. We look forward to sharing our love of travel, beautiful spaces, and hospitality with you, ensuring you have a perfect setting to Relax, Recharge, and Reconnect.

Unwind in the luxurious 4-person hot tub nestled within the aspen trees, with views of the water and mountains. Step into the sauna overlooking the trees and water. Lounge in Serenity Ponds robes and slippers. Bring your yoga mat or use one of ours we provide.

Just 30 minutes away.Take in a show at the world famous Red Rocks while also enjoying a mountain retreat.
Working in the Denver area? The cabin is less than an hour to Denver. Remote work? The cabin has outstanding wifi with an extender.

Shaggy Sheep is another star restaurant of the area you’ll want to check out 10 min from the cabin. Off the Rails coffee is fantastic for a latte and a scone! A fun tasty place for breakfast is Cutthroat Café.
